The aim of the research is to identify hydrodynamic regularities in improvement operating modes water supply structures pumping stations with vertical vane pumps. authors studied conditions for supplying station and flow path pumps OP2...OP10 type. curvature jets causes swirl front impellers, directed counterclockwise units located left axis direction clockwise - right. With such a structure, most unfavorable hydraulic there are pumps, rotation impellers which coincides natural flow. nature losses impeller an axial pump wide range feed changes within (0.1...0.4) Qо has been established.
